Things that nake you feel good...

...apart from chocolate and alcohol that is.

What sort of things make you feel good? Att he moment we are enjoying ABBA. One of my Christmas presents was the DVD Mama Mia. It is brilliant, it makes me laugh and cry and sing and generally feel good.

I saw the stage show when my 22 year old was 18, it was his birthday presne that year, and we enjoyed it. When the film was in the cinemas we didn't see it. Then the DVD was releeased.

The show and the DVD are as good as each other, and do althought theytell the same story they do it in different ways. The songs are in the same order. The DVD is worth it jut to hear Pierce Brosnan sing and see the 'ABBA sequence' and the costumes at the end.

There are other things tah make me feel good, but at the moment MAMA MIA is doing it for me.

The things that make me feel good at the moment are my kids.
They have been fantastic since my Lupus diagnosis and keep me going when I'm having a really bad day

Kids are great, they tell it like it is. When I am a bit down my little feller gives me a hug says I love you mummy don't cry and hands me a box of hankies and some chocolate. He is cute infuriating at times and adorable!
