Happy New Year to you too Nick.
I have eaten and drank far too much the past weeks. You would think that's bad for the sugar levels, but I did OK, a slice of cake followed up with a glass of wine balances out nicely. Red wine is good for you I hear anyway. Ha ha
Back to the diet and continued attempts to control my bg levels through being good, rather than drink!
