I did my first ever interview today!

Well, I have had plenty of interviews myself - but today I was interviewing someone else for a job! And it went swimmingly, I have to say - because, I am sure, the lady herself was lovely and I could have offered her the job on the spot!!! I hope they are all that good.

At work I attended three career development seminars to help me get on. The third and last one was interview technique where we did role play. Part of the roll play was to be an interviewer and an interviewee. I found it far more stressfull being an interviewer than an interviewee. It was worth the experience and has helped greatly in m any different areas of work.
