This years Hba1c thingy

is 6.4%!!! Yippee - first year was 8.6% last year was 7.1% and I am down further!
I am definately happy I am diet controlled on a low carb diet..... Yeh me!

Yo..... well done.
Just had mine when I was working at the surgery on Wednesday... saves the nagging.
Not necessarily looking forward to the results though
