I'm not Diabetic, but my husband is - He has a very erratic diet which I can't control as he works away Rolling Eyes

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.

Depends on what your blood sugar levels are like and weight etc.

I tend to eat almost anything in as moderate amounts as I can Smile

But I tend to stay away from sweet things on the whole as I have always preferred savoury over sweet anyway. Try to eat less carbs and slightly more protein and lots of fruit and veg.
