Frozen shoulder

hi guys,
not sure if anyone on here has problems with their shoulder, but i thought id post this as i started to get some stiffness and thought nothing of it till i told my freind who is a physio and she told me it sounded like frozen shoulder to her. luckly for me it was very early in the first stage of it and i was able to minimise the effects of stage 2 by having regular sessions with a physio and making sure i did the exercises they gave me to.
