Mostly housework and walking, and running round after a four year old. The four year old is a labour of love...

re exercise

Post  jenrose on Tue Nov 04, 2008 7:02 pm

Hi

I walk the dog in the morning but it is not far and a slow walk as she is getting old now. In the good weather my husband gets his mobility out and we go on a nice wooded walk. Susie hops on the scooter for some of the way so I get a decent walk. I also do some gardening in good weather. I am not so active in the winter and I keep promising to do something about it but don't get round to it.

Hey good one Garfield. I'm trying to do a lot more walking (and around where I live it's all uphill down dale) so aerobically it's good but spirit is willinga nd body is weak after 10-12 hr days at work. Roll on the summer (oh please God let us have a summer this year) and more incentive to get out and to eat salads!

Take care
Nick

I believe walking is the best of all the exercises... I take a regular evening walk and it helps me to keep fit.... moreover it is hassle free and can be done anytime and anywhere....
