Hope everyone has a lovely Christmas (or relavite festive period) & New Year

Remember, 250kCal & 24g Sugar per Mince Pie!!!!!!!!

You can counter this by doing what I do.
1) Make you own mince (best to start now for next year) add 2 spoons of Brandy each month then 'eye' measure just beofre you make your pies.
2) Use puff pastry (Less fat)
3) Drink alcohol to help keep sugar levels balanced. They will be high after your pies & a nice glass of wine will sort that right out. Wink Works for me... Embarassed
