Fortunately I'm too young for this type of diabetic complication but my granny is having one and I'm in the search of options cuz antibiotics don't seem to work properly. this is one article I've read in my local e-newspaper that gave me tiny little hope:
article
I'm so eager to show this to my doc and ask her if it's worth to try.

Mmm interesting article but I am a born cynic and if it was that good it would have appeared bold and clear in journals over here and I certainly haven't seen it in any of them.

What sort of ulcer does she have? Where is it? How long has she had it? Is she diabetic? What sort of treatment is she getting for it?

A very good treatment for ulcers is low level laser and I use it on some of my patients.

Another treatment used and often very successful is the vacuum therapy
