postage stamps
Not exactly raising money. I save used postage stamps for The British Kidney Patients Assocyation. I started many years ago by passing them on to someone I worled with, I tehn started my family and she retired.
I save them in memory of my cousins late wife who had kidney problems since childhood. She had a kidney transplant with a kidney donated by her mother.
Actually one of the potential problems we face is kidney failiure, so it's mot that altruistic saving stamps for BKPA!

Re: postage stamps
We save stamps at work - usually send them to the local health shop who use them for various charities or send them direct to the RSPB, etc.

Re: postage stamps
It would be interesting to hear how others raise money and what for.
How about some more replies. As it all counts towards a good cause no effort is too big or too small
