Re: What exercise do you do?
Mostly housework and walking, and running round after a four year old. The four year old is a labour of love...

re exercise
Hi
I walk the dog in the morning but it is not far and a slow walk as she is getting old now. In the good weather my husband gets his mobility out and we go on a nice wooded walk. Susie hops on the scooter for some of the way so I get a decent walk. I also do some gardening in good weather. I am not so active in the winter and I keep promising to do something about it but don't get round to it.
