I do tai Chi, it is brilliant. One of the websites I use is www.taichiforartritis.com. It is run by a Chinese doctor practicing Western medicine in Australia. There are forums and it is possible to purchase DVDs and books.

I thought it was you, Caroline (seen your name somewhere in Balance)! It's great, isn't it?! Makes me so relaxed and balanced. And my instructor is cute!

Re: T'ai Chi
My instructor is cute too, and quite laid back. And my name was in Balance Magazine on the pen friends/chat room page.
Yes tai chi is wonderful. I have a shelf full of DVDs and books about it. I tried airobics, and my belly and boobs were always half a calss behind the rest of me. Tai chi gives me a bit more to think about and my balance has improved too.
I am not the sportiest person I know, and have been told I am the original couch potatoe. I am an intelectual (hear the rest of the family laughing?), so I need something to stimulate brain and body. Tai Chi satisfies brain and body.
If any one wants a list of tai chi websites, let me know, and I will either post it here or eamil them privately. There are quite a few...
