Johnny's Garlic Sauce/Chilli Sauce
Why pay about £1 - £1.50 for a pathetic little tub of watered down garlic sauce to mix with your chilli sauce on the kebabs. My own recipe I use and much cheaper is to have a low fat natural or greek yogurt, and finely chop between 2-5 cloves of garlic, and mix into the yogurt, and chill in the fridge for a few hours prefereably the next day and boy what a beautiful proper garlic yogurt and you have enough for about 3-4 kebabs too. To make my own chilli sauce recipe is to get a tin of chopped tomatoes as it saves exercise by chopping them lol, and mix in a level teaspoon of chilli powder or more if you like it hot, and a teaspoon of sugar; mix and chill, and again its better the next day, and I can assure you that you'll never waste time and money on the kebab shop rubbish.
One point to note is if you like it think mix a little milk into it, or if you like it thick don't. Enjoy
Cheers,
John
